Return & Exchange Policy

At Hair Haven & Co., customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products and hygiene concerns, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to health and safety standards, ALL SALES ARE FINAL on the following categories:

  • Hair extensions (clip-ins, tape-ins, bundles, etc.)
  • Wigs (lace fronts, full lace, glueless units, etc.)
  • Hair care products (shampoos, conditioners, serums, etc.)
  • Hair tools and accessories (brushes, bonnets, styling tools, etc.)

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, worn, altered, or used under any circumstances.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue (product + packaging).
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags (if applicable).

Once reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.

3. Approved Replacements or Refunds

If your return request is approved due to a verified error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or item arrived damaged), you may choose one of the following:

  • Replacement of the same item (if in stock)
  • Store credit
  • Refund to your original payment method (processing may take 5–10 business days)

Shipping costs for approved returns will be covered by Hair Haven & Co.

4. Return Shipping Instructions (If Approved)

For items authorized for return:

  • Use original packaging when possible.
  • Include your order number and return approval confirmation inside the package.
  • Ship the item using a trackable service (we are not responsible for lost return shipments).

We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method only.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If you are eligible for a replacement, you will receive instructions after your claim is approved.

7. Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, only if it hasn’t been processed or shipped.
Once your order is in processing or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

8. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Item has been worn, installed, brushed, cut, dyed, or altered
  • Product shows signs of use or damage not caused by shipping
  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You entered the wrong shipping address and the order was delivered
